Who is the VFD idiot who thinks he can DTMF all the time he is on shift, finally a dispatcher has called him on it, I have been hearing this idiot for years punching the same dtmf sequence to no avail, he does not id but for whatever reason he thinks he can just punch the keypad ?? WTF?? I wonder why "the techs" have not inhibbited his radio or diabled the keypad .
I mean come on man unless someone can give a legit reason for him to do this when none of the other fire dept's do this ??

HAHA That was a good one. All VFRS portables are programmed to transmit those DTMF tones in case of an emergency. Most of the time its just fat fingers
